M. Gluckstadt and Munden Co. (1896–1939) Hamburg, Germany The company operated a colonial goods shop. They were also a major printer and distributor of postcards, with jobbers in many international ports. They used the lichtdruck process to print monochromatic cards as both full images and multi-views, many of which were later hand colored. They produced view-cards of Europe and Palestine, and of Germany’s colonies, often as Gruss Aus cards. As a Jewish postcard publisher and wholesaler, the business was "arisiert" ("aryanized") and went into liquidation between 1938–1939.
