Mehner & Maas, was a Leipzig, Saxony, based picture postcard printing and publishing company. It was Fine arts printing company that was set up on Feb. 15, 1893 at Leipzig-Reudnitz. Like many other partnerships, the business was soon run by just a single partner. Paul Georg Mehner. Mr. Maas probably only played an investor role during the early years. Mehner & Maas suffered from the decline of the postcard boom. The business was taken over by a Mr. Alfred Faber in 1913. During the early years of the 19th century the company published and printed for other publishers many Holy Land postcards.
