1886 and franked 6 piasters 1884 issue
Turkish stamps to pay triple the domestic
rate of 2 piasters for each 10 gr. (on left:
weight of 25 gr. marked by hand). Cancelled
by three Nablus negative seal postmarks,
“Nablus Posta Shubesi 1287” (Nablus Branch
Post Office 1871), in blue. On reverse:
arrival postmark “Istanbul 24 January 1886.”
